2025-2026 Pack Meetings Overview

Please note that all these dates and activities can change! Check with your Den Leader if you are unsure.

August 28 @6:00 – 7:00pm – 1st Fall Meeting

  • Den Introductions with your Leaders 
  • Parent Introductions 
  • Building Rain Gutter Regatta Boats with Your Den (to bring to race next meeting): Buy the kit 
  • Ice Cream and Games (Cornhole, Jenga)

September 11 @6:00 – 7:00pm – Rain Gutter Regatta Race

  • Encourage Class A Dress Award Scouts Belt Loops (or Pins) for Race Time–All Dens for anyone that raced given out this night
  • Rain Gutter Regatta Race ! 5 Simple Tips to help Cub Scouts Get Ready
  •  If you did not get to build your boat, you can build it at this meeting as others are racing
  • Medals for top 3 finishers 

September 25 @6:00 – 7:00pm – Bobcat Event

We will have 4-5 stations where scouts will visit (all dens) led by adults for Scouts to demonstrate the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Cub Scout Sign/Salute/Handshake and Cub Scout Motto (“Do your best”)
 
At each station, the scout will get a “sticker” for their “passport” (the passport has an area for each skill–once they complete the skill they will get a sticker showing they did it for that area of their passport)
 
There is also a QR Code on the back of the passport that take you to the Youth Protection Video they should watch with their family at home


October 9, 2025 @6:00 – 7:00pm

Monthly Theme: Camping and Preparedness

Encourage Class A Dress Award Scouts Belt Loops (or Pins) for Bobcat–All Dens for anyone that participated in Bobcat Night

Outdoor Adventure (All Dens) 

Camping Essentials (Parents): With upcoming camping trips, one of the Pack leaders meets with the parents while Dens do activities to go over basics and logistics of camping with the Pack and what is needed.


October 23, 2025 @6:00 – 7:00pm

Emergency preparedness & Knives (Electives by Den)

Camping Essentials (Parents): With upcoming camping trips, one of the Pack leaders meets with the parents while Dens do activities to go over basics and logistics of camping with the Pack and what is needed (for anyone that missed the last meeting)


November 6, 2025 @6:00 – 7:00pm

  • Safety in Numbers (Wolfs)
    (suggestions: “Buddy-legged Race” and “Make a First Aid Kit” (not listed in link see below))
  • Standing Tall (Bears)
    (suggestions: “Science Safety Gear” and “Sport Safety Gear” and “Make a First Aid Kit” (not listed in link see below))
  • My Safety (Webelos)
    (suggestions: “Safe Home Safety Checklist” and “Be Prepared for Natural Events/Worksheet” and “Make a First Aid Kit” (not listed in link see below))
  • First Aid (AOL)
    (suggestions: “Hurry Cases” and “Make a First Aid Kit”Requirement 1 in each Den Personal Safety is satisfied if you make a First Aid Kit. You can find an example here: https://www.scouting.org/cub-scout-activities/diy-first-aid-kit/ (but any first aid is acceptable)
  • All dens can learn about the buddy system (also counts toward requirement) if you do the Buddy-Legged Race as another option.
